Why does stuff like this happen? A cop sends innocents to prison with claims that his dog has abilities beyond comprehension. What I can’t understand is how evidence is not held up to basic scrutiny. Do prosecutors have a duty to seek the truth and not just convictions? It’s a question easily answered.
