<p>This is beyond stupid. Legislation never needs 60 votes to pass. <em>NEVER</em>. The WAPO is so dumb.</p>
<p>Sigh. Things would be so much easier if the Republicans didn&#8217;t have a 41 seat majority to the Democrats 59.</p>
